What is Project ME?

Project ME is a Wellbeing & Fitness Programme that can take you through a process of self-discovery, enabling you to identify and explore your experience of life and what can be available to YOU.  

If you embrace it, Project ME can provide you with the space for your AUTHENTIC YOU to emerge once more.  It can support you in creating a strong foundation on which to create & realise YOUR unique life story.

Project ME, activities are facilitated through using a combination of group work, one-to-one sessions and most importantly, ME time.

It’s ALL about YOU.

We all have positive qualities and attributes that make us unique.

In order become the best version of yourself you can be, you must first commit to allowing yourself the space to explore what this might look like for you.

I invite you to give yourself permission to do so.

Through Project ME you will be introduced to various techniques and tools, that can assist you as you explore and discover the qualities you possess within YOU.  Tools that you can choose to continue to use in your daily life.

Through a range of mediums, Project Me you can explore the realistic and achievable steps towards implementing changes you may want to see in your life.
